마이월드가이드 개인정보처리방침

안영길(이하 “운영자”)은 마이월드가이드 앱과 소개 웹사이트의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 이 앱은 계정 가입 없이 이용하며, 직접 쓴 이야기의 본문은 기기에 저장합니다. 다만 운영 앱에서 개인 이야기를 만들 때 입력한 장소 이름과 지도에 찍은 좌표, 개인 이야기의 사용 기록은 콘텐츠를 보강할 장소를 파악하기 위해 PostHog로 전송합니다.

장소 이름과 직접 찍은 좌표는 개인 이야기를 처음 생성할 때 보냅니다. 이후 수정한 이름·좌표는 분석 이벤트로 다시 보내지 않습니다. 개인 이야기의 본문, 코스 이름, 이메일 주소, GPS 이동 이력은 분석 이벤트에 포함하지 않습니다. 익명 식별자는 이름·이메일을 받지 않는다는 뜻이며, 기록이 어떤 경우에도 개인과 연결될 수 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
분석은 운영 환경에 수집 설정이 있을 때 작동합니다. 로컬 개발에서는 꺼져 있으며 프리뷰에서는 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 명시적으로 켠 프리뷰 검증 기록은 운영 기록과 구분합니다. 화면·터치 자동 수집, 화면 녹화, 오류 자동 수집, IP 주소를 이용한 위치 추정은 앱의 분석 설정에서 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 위치 권한과 음성
현재 위치 권한은 선택 사항입니다. 허용하지 않아도 장소 검색과 이야기 듣기를 이용합니다. 기기 설정에서 언제든 위치 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
이야기는 기기의 텍스트 음성 변환 기능으로 읽습니다. 운영자는 낭독용 음성을 미리 생성해 배포하지 않으며 마이크로 이용자의 목소리를 녹음하지 않습니다. 음성 엔진의 처리 방식은 운영체제·선택한 음성 서비스의 설정과 정책에 따릅니다.

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 외부 서비스로 보내는 정보는 해당 서비스의 제공·운영 과정에서 처리됩니다. 앱에 저장된 개인 이야기의 본문은 분석 업체에 전송하지 않습니다.
PostHog 분석 기록은 미국 리전으로 전송합니다. 전송 시점은 해당 이벤트 발생 후 네트워크로 전송할 때이며, 오프라인인 경우에는 이후 연결 시점입니다.
PostHog는 운영자의 분석 업무를 처리하는 수탁자입니다. 이전 항목은 위 표의 개인 이야기 생성·사용 기록이며, 미국 서버에 HTTPS로 전송하여 콘텐츠 수요 분석에 사용합니다. 보관과 삭제는 제4항을 따릅니다. PostHog의 개인정보 관련 연락처는 privacy@posthog.com이며, 자세한 사항은 PostHog 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
문의 이메일은 Cloudflare의 전달망과 Google의 이메일 서비스에서 처리되며 미국을 포함한 해외 인프라를 거칠 수 있습니다. 문의 답변과 오류 수정에 사용하고 제4항에 따라 보관합니다. Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 제공자의 연락처와 처리 방식을 확인할 수 있습니다.
외부 지도·길찾기 서비스도 해당 제공자의 인프라에서 요청을 처리합니다. 운영자가 GPS 이동 이력을 분석 업체로 전송한다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
국외 처리에 관한 문의, 삭제 및 처리정지 요청은 support@nilgil.com으로 접수합니다. 위치 권한 철회만으로 개인 이야기 분석 기록의 전송이 중단되지는 않습니다.
4. 보관과 삭제
기기에 저장한 개인 이야기와 코스는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 앱에 남습니다. 운영체제의 백업 사본은 기기와 백업 서비스의 설정에 따릅니다.
앱에서 개인 이야기를 지워도 이미 PostHog에 전송한 분석 기록이 자동으로 삭제되지는 않습니다. 분석 도구는 오프라인 기록을 기기에 보관했다가 네트워크가 연결되면 전송할 수 있습니다.

PostHog의 이벤트 조회 기간은 사용 요금제에 따라 정해지지만, 조회 기간이 끝나는 것과 데이터가 실제로 삭제되는 것은 다릅니다. 따라서 조회 기간을 개인정보 자동 삭제 기간으로 안내하지 않습니다. PostHog의 데이터 보관 설명에서 이 차이를 확인할 수 있습니다.
목적을 달성하거나 보관 기간이 끝난 정보는 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우에는 해당 의무에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안 보관합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 support@nilgil.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 대리인도 적절한 위임 확인을 거쳐 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 관련 법령에 따라 요청을 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
기기에 저장된 개인 이야기는 앱에서 수정·삭제하고, 위치 권한은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 현재 앱에는 분석 수집을 끄는 설정이 없습니다. 분석 기록의 삭제·처리정지 요청은 위 이메일로 접수합니다. 앱이 계정 없이 무작위 식별자를 쓰므로 기록을 찾는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보를 추가로 확인할 수 있습니다.
6. 안전성 확보
외부 요청에는 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 앱의 분석 전송 단계에서는 허용한 이벤트와 정보만 보내도록 제한합니다. 개인정보를 취급하는 운영 도구의 접근 권한을 관리합니다. 기기에 저장된 기록을 보호하려면 기기 잠금과 운영체제의 보안 기능을 사용해 주세요.
7. 아동의 개인정보
운영자는 개인정보를 처리하는 경우 관련 법령이 요구하는 아동과 법정대리인의 권리를 보장합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리에 관한 문의와 삭제 요청은 support@nilgil.com으로 보내 주세요.
서비스는 아동의 개인정보를 수집할 목적으로 운영하지 않으며, 현재 앱에는 나이를 확인하거나 법정대리인의 동의를 받는 기능이 없습니다. 운영자가 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 필요한 동의 없이 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 해당 정보의 처리를 중단하고 삭제합니다. 법정대리인은 위 연락처로 열람·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 처리방침 변경
이 처리방침을 변경할 때에는 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 최소 7일 전에 알립니다. 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 최소 30일 전에 알립니다.
My World Guid Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Younggil An (the “Operator”) processes information for the My World Guid app and its website as described below. The app does not require an account, and the text of stories you write is stored on your device. In the production app, place names, coordinates you pin when creating personal stories, and personal-story usage are sent to PostHog to help decide where to add content.

Place names and pinned coordinates are sent only when a personal story is first created. Later edits to these fields are not sent again as analytics events. Story text, route names, email addresses and GPS movement history are not included in analytics. Anonymous identifiers mean the app does not request names or emails for analytics; they do not mean records can never be linked to an individual.
Analytics runs when the production environment has collection settings. It is disabled in local development and by default in preview. Explicitly enabled preview validation records are distinguished from production. App analytics does not use automatic screen/touch collection, session recording, automatic error collection or IP-based location inference.
2. Location and voice
Current-location access is optional. You can search for places and listen without it, and withdraw permission in device settings.
Your device’s text-to-speech feature reads stories aloud. The Operator does not distribute pre-generated narration or use the microphone to record your voice. Processing by a voice engine depends on the operating system and the selected voice service’s settings and policies.

The Operator does not sell personal information. Information sent to external services is processed in providing and operating those services. Personal-story text stored in the app is not sent to the analytics provider.
PostHog analytics records are sent to the US region. Transmission takes place when an event is sent over the network after it occurs, or after reconnection if it occurred offline. PostHog processes analytics on the Operator’s behalf. The transferred fields are the personal-story creation and usage records above, sent over HTTPS to US servers to analyze content demand. Retention and deletion follow section 4. PostHog’s privacy contact is privacy@posthog.com; see its Privacy Policy.
Support emails are processed through Cloudflare’s routing network and Google’s email service and may pass through infrastructure abroad, including the United States. They are used for responses and corrections and retained under section 4. Provider contact details and processing practices are available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
External map and directions providers also process requests on their infrastructure. This does not mean the Operator sends GPS movement history to the analytics provider.
Contact support@nilgil.com about international processing or to request deletion or restriction. Withdrawing location permission alone does not stop personal-story analytics transmission.
4. Retention and deletion
Personal stories and routes remain in app storage until you delete them or clear app data. Operating-system backup copies follow device and backup-service settings.
Deleting a personal story in the app does not automatically delete analytics already sent to PostHog. The analytics library can store offline events on your device and send them after the network reconnects.

PostHog’s event query window depends on the plan, but the end of a query window is different from actual deletion. We therefore do not describe query retention as automatic deletion of personal information. See PostHog’s event-retention explanation.
Information is deleted when its purpose has been fulfilled or its applicable retention period ends. Information that must be preserved by law is retained only for the scope and period required by that obligation.
5. Your rights
Contact support@nilgil.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal-information processing. Representatives may also request these actions after appropriate authorization checks. The Operator handles requests under applicable law and reports the outcome.
Edit or delete device-stored personal stories in the app, and withdraw location permission in device settings. The app does not currently have an analytics opt-out setting. Send analytics deletion or restriction requests to the email above. Because the app uses random identifiers without accounts, we may ask for the minimum additional information needed to locate records.
6. Security
External requests use HTTPS. The app limits analytics transmission to permitted events and fields. Access to operational tools handling personal information is managed. Use device locking and operating-system security features to protect records on your device.
7. Children
The Operator respects children’s and legal representatives’ rights where applicable law requires them. Send inquiries and deletion requests concerning information about children under 14 to support@nilgil.com.
The Service is not operated for the purpose of collecting children’s personal information. The app currently has no age-verification or parental-consent feature. If the Operator learns that a child under 14’s information has been processed without required consent, processing of that information will stop and it will be deleted. Legal representatives can use the contact above to request access, deletion or restriction.

9. Changes
