마이월드가이드 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적과 운영자)

이 약관은 안영길(이하 “운영자”)이 제공하는 마이월드가이드(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 운영자 및 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 문의는 support@nilgil.com으로 접수합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

서비스는 장소와 역사·문화에 관한 글, 기기의 음성으로 읽어 주는 기능, 지도, 코스 만들기, 개인 이야기 저장 기능을 제공합니다. 제공되는 지역·이야기·언어와 이야기 길이는 콘텐츠마다 다를 수 있습니다.

서비스는 계정 가입 없이 이용합니다. 음성 품질과 사용 가능한 목소리는 기기의 운영체제와 설치된 음성에 따라 달라집니다. 콘텐츠 다운로드, 지도와 길찾기, 업데이트에는 네트워크가 필요할 수 있으며 통신 요금은 이용자가 가입한 통신사의 조건에 따릅니다.

제3조 (이용자의 기록)

이용자가 만든 개인 이야기와 코스는 해당 기기에 저장되며 계정으로 동기화되지 않습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제, 앱 제거, 기기 교체로 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다. 기기 백업과 복원은 운영체제의 설정과 동작에 따릅니다.

이용자가 작성한 글의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 개인 이야기의 본문을 수집하거나 서비스의 공개 콘텐츠로 자동 게시하지 않습니다. 장소 이름·직접 찍은 좌표 및 개인 이야기의 사용 기록을 분석하는 범위는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제4조 (이용자가 지켜야 할 사항)

이용자는 타인의 개인정보나 저작권 등 권리를 침해하는 내용을 입력하거나 서비스를 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 다른 사람의 개인정보를 장소 이름이나 문의에 적지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

이용자는 실제 도로·시설의 안내와 출입 제한을 따라야 합니다. 이동 중에는 주변을 살피고, 운전 중에는 기기를 조작하지 않아야 합니다. 지도와 코스의 경로·소요 시간은 참고 정보입니다.

제5조 (콘텐츠의 권리와 정확성)

서비스의 글·디자인·소프트웨어 등은 운영자 또는 해당 권리자의 권리를 따릅니다. 별도의 허락이나 법령상 근거 없이 콘텐츠를 복제하여 재배포하거나 판매해서는 안 됩니다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어에는 각 라이선스 조건이 적용됩니다.

서비스의 이야기는 장소를 이해하기 위한 정보이며, 학술 연구나 현장 안전 판단을 대신하지 않습니다. 운영자는 오류를 확인하면 수정하지만 모든 내용과 지도·경로가 항상 정확하다고 보장하지 않습니다. 오류는 앱의 신고 기능 또는 support@nilgil.com으로 알려 주세요.

제6조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

운영자는 콘텐츠와 기능을 추가·수정하거나 운영상 필요한 경우 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 이 웹사이트 등 이용자가 확인할 수 있는 방법으로 알립니다. 장애 등 사전 안내가 어려운 경우에는 사후에 알립니다.

제7조 (개인정보)

개인정보의 처리 범위, 외부 서비스 이용, 보관과 삭제, 이용자의 권리는 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 현재 위치 접근은 선택 사항이며 기기의 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임과 분쟁)

운영자와 이용자의 책임은 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 이 약관은 운영자의 고의나 과실로 발생한 손해에 대한 법적 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

서비스에 관한 문의와 분쟁은 support@nilgil.com으로 접수합니다. 해결되지 않은 분쟁에는 대한민국 법령을 적용하며 관할 법원은 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

제9조 (약관 변경)

운영자는 약관을 변경할 때 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 미리 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리하거나 권리·의무에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 시행일 30일 전까지, 그 밖의 변경은 7일 전까지 알립니다.

My World Guid Terms of Service

1. Purpose and operator

These terms set out the conditions for using My World Guid (the “Service”), provided by Younggil An (the “Operator”), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users. Please contact support@nilgil.com with inquiries.

2. What the Service provides

The Service provides text about places, history and culture, narration using your device’s voice, maps, route creation, and storage for personal stories. Available regions, stories, languages and story lengths may vary by content.

You can use the Service without creating an account. Voice quality and available voices depend on your device’s operating system and installed voices. Downloading content, maps, directions and updates may require a network connection. Any data charges are subject to your agreement with your network provider.

3. Your records

Personal stories and routes you create are stored on your device and are not synced to an account. Clearing app data, removing the app or replacing your device may cause you to lose these records. Device backups and restoration depend on the operating system’s settings and behavior.

You retain the rights to text you write. The Operator does not collect the text of your personal stories or automatically publish it as public content in the Service. The scope of analysis of place names, coordinates you pin and personal-story usage is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You must not enter content that infringes another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights, or interfere with the Service. Please avoid including other people’s personal information in place names or support inquiries.

Follow signs, instructions and access restrictions at roads and facilities. Be aware of your surroundings while moving, and do not operate your device while driving. Map routes and estimated travel times are for reference.

5. Content rights and accuracy

Text, designs, software and other content in the Service are subject to the rights of the Operator or their respective rights holders. You must not copy content for redistribution or sale without separate permission or a legal basis. Open-source software is subject to its respective licenses.

The stories help you understand places; they do not replace academic research or on-site safety judgments. The Operator corrects errors when identified, but does not guarantee that all content, maps or routes are always accurate. Report errors through the app or to support@nilgil.com.

6. Changes and interruptions

The Operator may add or change content and features, or discontinue the Service when necessary for its operation. Changes that materially affect use will be announced on this website or through another channel users can access. If advance notice is impractical, such as during an outage, notice will be given afterward.

7. Privacy

The scope of personal-information processing, use of external services, retention and deletion, and users’ rights are described in the separate Privacy Policy. Access to your current location is optional and can be changed in your device settings.

8. Liability and disputes

The liability of the Operator and users is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude the Operator’s legal liability for harm caused intentionally or through negligence.

Contact support@nilgil.com with inquiries or disputes about the Service. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is determined by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

The Operator will announce changes and their effective date on this page in advance. Changes that are unfavorable to users or materially affect their rights or obligations will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect. Other changes will be announced at least seven days before taking effect.
